The Data Speed Calculator has been used in the field by ACC Account teams. Received feedback for improvements/enhancements that will result in a more effective tool for our sales teams to help customers understand speed requirements and overcome competitive objections, thereby signing more Uverse contracts and increasing penetration.

Sliders allow the user to estimate the data speed needs before buying a internet plan.

With competition offering higher speeds – doesn’t actually mean the customer needs to uses it. Faster is not necessarily Better. As each household is different – with number of smart devices and their internet usage. With Data visualization I show how much data is used and when. This helps customer to see whats their average and peak usage.
